Define the customer journey according to the target audience, the campaign's objectives, the media placements and the products to be advertised.
Message sequencing is perhaps the single most important feature of Connected-Stories and you don't want to miss out on that.
Therefore, the first step we suggest for you to make is to define the sequence of messages that will compose your campaign. Having a clear idea of how you see the customer journey panning out will be helpful in order to define the actual creatives that will be part of the campaign and how these will be connected to one another (hence Connected-Stories)Once you defined the customer journey, you will then be able to start building campaign's sequences through the Journey Designer. The Journey Designer allows you to build sequences defining the different statuses and the conditions behind the emission of creativities at each part of the journey.
To make things even easier, Connected-Stories offers a set of default sequences to choose from and implement right away. Default Sequences are sequences that have been previously used in other campaigns and therefore highly optimized to yield the best results.
