In C-S Storyboard, conditions are what determine the stage of the user within a sequence at any point in time of a campaign and allow the personalization of the message if conditions are fulfilled or not by the user.
How they work
At the start of the campaign, the audience wouldn't have fulfilled any condition yet so the Storyboard will trigger the story situated at the first stage of the sequence;
Each action the user does on the stories (interactions with widgets, % of video view, etc.) would then be registered by the Storyboaard and checked against the conditions set in the sequence.
According to the conditions fulfilled by each single user, the Storyboard is able to understand at what stage of the sequence the user is and will serve him/her the most appropriate story in the next impressions.
Each If then Else or Switch block must contain a set of conditions.
