In As previously explained for the Journey Designer (click here if you don’t know what we’re talking about), C-S Storyboard , conditions are what determine the stage of the user within a sequence at any point in time of a campaign and allow the personalization of the message if conditions are fulfilled or not by the user.
How they work
...
conditions allow to make widgets within a story more dynamic.
HOW THEY WORK
The Storyboard allows to create a sequence of widgets within a single story of your campaign;
Each action the user does on the
...
story (interactions with widgets,
...
clicks on the video…) would then be registered by the Storyboaard and checked against the conditions set in the sequence
...
;
According to the conditions
...
fullfilled by each single user, the Storyboard is able to understand at what stage of the sequence
...
he or she is and will serve him/her the most appropriate
...
widget at the next impressions.
Each If then Else or Switch block In the storyboard conditions are represented by blue (If the Else) and light blue (Switch) boxes which must contain a set of conditions each.
