Connected-Stories Overview

Creating compelling advertising stories presents some challenges. These days, media space is more overcrowded than ever and Distracted Audience must be engaged at the

right time with relevant, engaging and entertaining stories. On top of that, marketers need to face a Fragmented Media Landscape where consumers use different devices to

interact with the network. Telling them stories requires narratives that transcend media and devices.

HyperTV's Connected-StoriesTM is the latest generation creative management platform that uses a patented model to assemble interactive and personalized videos. 

Connected-Stories is made up of three main components: Creative Studio, Creative Personalization and Analytics.

Through the Creative Studio it is possible to assemble any type of creativity and format quickly and easily, using the different templates offered by the platform.

To customize the contents of each creative, there are two tools, the storyboard and the journey designer (both present within Creative Personalization ), which allow you to enter rules and conditions based on user behaviour and third-party data.

With the Analytics dashboard, it is possible to measure the performance of the campaign and obtain real-time data on the impact of each individual element of creativity.

All these elements allow each team to obtain the data they need to make informed decisions about creativity, media buying and planning in general.

How to Get Started: The Connected-Stories Workflow

Differently from any platform, the campaign creation process doesn't start with randomly designing and assembling of creatives. The process starts by breaking down the

consumer journey (Awareness, Engagement, Conversion) and defining the relevant set of messages according to each stage of the journey.

After defining the journey and its stages, the creative team can assemble the units and define where to place them in sequence. Connected-Stories AI, according to

campaign's objective, then suggests the setup for the conditions at each status of the sequence.

The workflow is then divided into 4 stages: Plan, Create, Deliver, Live.

  1. Plan: Define the Consumer Journey
  • Journey Designer: This visual tool allows you to define all stages of the consumer path and define a meaningful and custom-tailored message sequencing flow to shape each stage (Awareness, Engagement and Conversion) according to your campaign objectives.

       2. Create:  Build Your Stories

  • Creative Formats: There are two macro-types of formats available to create your campaign: Video Formats and Rich Media Formats.
  • Dynamic StoriesAfter setting up a campaign's sequence and selecting the format, you can begin the personalize  your stories.

  • Interactive Widgets: Next step is to implement widgets in your Story.Connected-Stories offers a variety of ready-to-use widgets to help you create the most dynamic and engaging stories for your target audience. Users can interact with widgets via personalized content and that's what makes a story dynamic.

     3Deliver:  Ad Export

  • Ad Trafficking: Our platform allows you to generate ad tags and deliver them to any ad server and/or exchange to easily traffic your new Connected-Stories' campaign. Supported Ad Tag Types are : HTML5 package, JavaScript tag, VAST2/VPAID url, MRAID and 3RD PARTY TRACKING.To learn more about generating ad tags

      4. Live:  Real-Time Optimization

  • Real-Time Optimization and Machine Learning: Once your flight goes live, Connected-Stories allows you to measure and effortlessly optimize campaigns' traditional KPIs and sequences in real-time, analyzing user interactions with the advertised contents and allowing you to see which formats, stories, placements, and sequences are yielding the best results.
  •  Analytics Dashboard: Here you can view real-time reports and you can determine your live campaign's performance and effectiveness. The Analytics dashboard is composed of 4 main sections: Impressions and Click Throughs, Engagement and Actions, Reach and Frequency and User Journey.
