To Access the Analytics Dashboard, click on the Analytics tab in the navigation menu on the left. You will be able to choose specific metrics to look at:


FILTERS

Filtering by Date:


  1. To filter the analytics by date, click on the  button on the top right corner of the screen.
  2. To select a custom range just choose and select the start and the end date on the calendar.

Filtering by Campaign, Ads name and other custom parameters:

  1. To filter the analytics by custom parameters, click on the  button on the top left corner of the screen.

  2. A drop down menu will open, and you have to select a field: Campaign, AD Name or Device type
  3. Then you have to choose one operator among the list and put the Value in the box on the bottom of the menu.
  4. Press the "Create Filter" button.

Edit Columns in the results table:

You can filter the results shown in the table on the bottom half of the screen:

  1. Click on the  button, on top of the table.
  2. A drop down menu will open. You can select or deselect the fields that you want to be shown in the table.


IMPRESSIONS AND CLICKS

Here you will find data about impressions and click throughs on all your ongoing and expired campaigns. 



The graph shows impression distribution divided by date and ad names.

In the tab below the graph you can find data about delivered impressions and registered click throughs divided by campaign names and/or Ad names.

As showed in the video above, you can filter the analytics by Date, campaign, and ad names.


Engagement and actions


Here you will find data about engagement and actions of all your ongoing and expired campaigns.

 


Player Engagement

The graphs "Player Engagement" shows video views divided by quartile. For each quartile you can see the views divided by device type (desktop, mobile, tablet).

Player Interactions

The graphs "Player Interactions" shows all the user's interactions on the unit. Each type of interaction is divided by device type (desktop, mobile, tablet).

In the tab below the graph you can find data about type of action and the related action count divided by the type of widget.


Interactions by Device

The graphs "Interactions by device" shows the total amount of interactions divided by device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

As showed in the video above, you can filter the analytics by Date, campaign, and ad names.


REACH AND FREQUENCY

Here you will find data about the frequency distribution.

The graph shows how many users have been exposed to 1, 2, 3 or more impressions. By passing the pointer on each column you would see the users % for each impression count.

The tab on the right side of the screen shows data about Unique Users, therefore the number of users that have been exsposed the first time to the unit.

The other tabs below the "Unique User" one shows the total impression count and the the average frequencency per user, therefore how many times (on average) a user has been exsposed to the unit.



USER JOURNEY

Here you will find data about the User Journey

User Final State

The graph shows how many users reached a specific state of the User Journey.  By passing the pointer on each column you will see the users % for each Journey's state.


User State With CT

The graph shows how many users converted on a specific state of the User Journey.  By passing the pointer on each column you will see the user % for each Journey's state.


User Final State by Device

The graph shows how many users reached a specific state of the User Journey divided by their device type.

Each color is related to a device type. By passing the pointer on each color of a column you will see the user % for each Journey's state and for each device type.


User Final State Drill Down

The tab shows data about users that reached a specific stage of the Journey on a specific format.
