Archived: Managing Assets

After defining your journey and before creating any story, you can upload images and video assets that you want to use in your campaign.

Connected Stories has an Image Library which supports PNG and jpeg files and a Document Library for .MP4 videos.  

HOW TO UPLOAD ASSETS

1. Click on the Assets tab in the left navigation bar;
2. Create a new image or document folder to store all your assets. You can organize them by folders so that you will have different folders for each brand or campaign to easily find the right one when you need it; 
3. To upload an image or a video, click on the folder you just created and then select "add image/add document";
4. Browse your local files and then select the assets you want to upload;
5. To edit and manage assets, click on their respective icons;
6. When creating a story you just need to select the needed asset from your folder by clicking on "Choose".

Assets can be further added and managed while in the story editor so that you won't have to go back and forth and interrupt the campaign creation flow.
