Instant Stories Setup:
Instant Stories can be activated across multiple channels and placements on mobile devices. Regardless of each channel technical specs, Instant Stories are triggered through call to actions (watch more, learn more, etc.) as destination links.
Due to their responsiveness, Instant Stories adapt automatically to the screens they are placed in.
A reasonable number of templates are available and ready to be used, together with their relative structure, in the platform.
We continuously add new templates based on feedback coming from our clients and our marketing team.
Chat Bot Activated
- Chatbot activated Instant Stories can be setup through the Connected-Stories chatbot or by using 3rd party chatbot builders (a.g. Amazon LEX)
Instant Stories can vary in this case depending on the user intent and the chabot setup but they are still activated by a click on a CTA.
