Managing Assets

After defining your journey and before creating any story, you can upload images and video assets that you want to use for your campaign.

Connected Stories has a Image Library which supports PNG and jpeg files, and the Document Library (video assets) which supports .MP4 files.  

Uploading an Assets (Image or Video):

1. Click on the Assets tab in the left navigation bar.
2. Create a new image or document folder to store your assets (you will see a list of folders containing assets if they have already been created). It's good if you name it with the campaign name so it will be easy to find you folder anytime.
3. To upload an image or a video, click on the folder you just created and then select "add image/add document".
4. Browse your local files and then select the assets you want to upload.
5. To edit and manage assets, click on their respective icons.

Assets can be further added and managed while in the story editor. That way you won't have to go back and forth and interrupt the campaign creation flow.
