Distribution depends on the delivery channel:
For ADS & Owned Media formats you can use a full redirect tag, while for trafficking on Social and YT you can download your content for distribution.
In the first case, the Connected-Stories tag is an HTML5 file (or short JavaScript code) used to publish ad units in publishers' digital properties. The first step is to upload the tag to the client's page, either uploaded in adserver or DSP. Then Connected-Stories starts collecting data and delivering the most appropriate content to the user, depending on the user's preferences and behavior.
Content displayed through TAG Connected-Stories works in Full-Redirect mode. This means that the ad server that handles Connected-Stories unit traffic supports CSS, JS and AJAX calls to external servers.
TYPES OF SUPPORTED TAGS
HTML5 package
JavaScript
URL VAST/VPAID
MRAID
Tracker and Impression Pixel
CLICK AND IMPRESSIONS MONITORING
For example, when the publisher does not support full redirection, our tracking pixels and click command tags can be associated with a format hosted on the publisher's servers and transferred directly through them.
This way you can get a complete picture of what happens on the page after the user has abandoned the ad by clicking on it.
3RD PARTY TRACKING
To provide full transparency to customers, Connected-Stories allows third-party tracking to be associated with any format present during traffic. This is done with the inclusion of 3rd Party Pixels.
Example
In addition, it is possible to place a set of tracked URLs on each creative, or if preferred, on each component(Widget) in the creative. Often this second case is useful to have different landings for different products represented.
